At Ski Pro, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
